The delicious dessert is similar to a puff pastry, with chocolate stuffed in the center that melts in your mouth when warmed. Chocolatine, as it is also called, originated in southwest France and Quebec, where the viennoiserie sweet roll has since become a worldwide beloved delight. Make them with me!
